Keyhaven Mobile Application (KMA): at times of trouble, Keyhaven protects clients through highly supportive management and effective communication. The KMA enables this by ensuring that client personnel have the right crisis management guidance, operating procedures, contact details and back-up communication – in their hands, at all times. The application pushes updates to the users so that all instructions are current. The communications module allows clients with internet access to send/receive real time messages even when email and cellular communications are down. The location-based module allows workers to see and be seen.
